Estate Sale –

PRO’S – items do not have to be removed from the home to sell, potential buyers of the home may visit during the estate sale

CON’S – very difficult or impossible if family is still living in the home, what to do with leftover items after the sale, set up time varies depending on the home, possible wear and tear during sale especially if home has been freshly painted or carpeted. Commission varies depending on services requested.

Buyout/Cleanout –

PRO’S – excellent option for people who need the house empty right away, out of town families, small estates, estates that do not allow onsite auctions or estate sales like Condos or HOA’s, or have parking issues. We also offer Cleanouts for homes with little or no value/Hoarding Situations.

CON’S – In the case of a small estate – the clean out cost may exceed the value of the buyout
