1. Are you the executor of your family’s estate? If not, I need to speak with the person legally in charge of the estate.

2. Is the home currently for sale or under contract? Closing dates and contractors can affect our ability to work together.

3. Is anyone currently living in the home? If so, we have options other than an estate sale that may work for you.

4. Has EVERYONE in your family, friends, neighborhood, church, etc. had a chance to identify what they want and remove it from the house? If not, we prefer to wait to meet with you.

We are making a bid to do the job based on what you represent will be for sale, and it is very difficult when there are a lot of maybe’s.

7. We LOVE estates of all shapes, sizes, and conditions. You do not have to clean or organize for us!
